Quote from review

«Shalash Band are one of the few bands that can be serious and fun at the same time. Once you get used to their special sound palette, you will be drawn into their incredible songs, and there is no way out of it». | full review...

/\ «The band is certainly on the right track, however, and I expect we'll be hearing more eyebrow-raising music from them in the future» | full review...

- Peter Skov, ProgArchieves.com

/\ «There is something really enjoyable about this album, which is uplifting, fun and a bloody good time all at once». | full review...

- Kev Rowland, ProgArchieves.com, Progressor.net

/\ «What separates this band from many other of a similar nature is that the material by and large are tight, energetic and joyful». | full review...

- Olav Martin Bjørnsen, Progressor.net

/\ «Happiness is the road, and so is this music. It is a really nice adventure. Every time the roller coaster is at it's end, you want to join the ride again, and again and again». | full review...

- Michel Stolk, BackgroundMagazine.nl

/\ «My favorite tracks are S.Z. because of that aforesaid extremely groovy bass line in the second part of the song (be careful when listening to it whilst driving on the highway - it has "lead foot potential"), and also S because of its pulsating and almost hypnotic organ rhythm». | full review...

- Thomas Otten, DPRP.net

/\ «Something interesting happens in this music all the time». | full review... (in Polish)

- Artur Chachlowski, MLWZ.pl

/\ «This is a truly impressive debut album, perhaps the ‘best’ symphonic progressive rock I have heard from Russia thus far. For those into keyboard minded music, this should be an easy choice. Highly recommended». | full review...

- Jon Neudorf, SeaOfTranquility.org

/\ «'Good, but non-essential' is pretty precisely what I feel for this well made album. Sincerely recommended to friends of instrumental keyboard-centred prog rock in mostly Major key». | full review...

- Matti, ProgArchieves.com

/\ «There certainly is true potential here for them to do very well as a headlining progressive rock band should they join forces with an equally talented lead guitarist and bass player». | full review...

- Geoff Penn, ProgPlanet.com

/\ «Two musicians - a keyboard player and a drummer - can substitute for the full-blown rock band. This music is very enjoyable and pleasant». | full review...

- felonafan, ProgArchieves.com

/\ «Is it incredibly innovative? No. However, it does have a great general sound to it, and happens to be incredibly enjoyable nonetheless». | full review...

- Sebastian Biala-Learmonth (Kempokid), ProgArchieves.com

/\ «Sometimes progressive music can be (for me, at least): dark, brooding, complex, dense, serious, obtuse, and angular. Shalash is refreshingly the opposite: bright, happy, straight forward, light, fun, familiar, and melodic. Shalash provides a good break when the prog music you're listening to becomes too challenging». | full review...

| full review...
